I am Going To Be Working The Concerts Again With The Agency FLY HIGH PRODUCTIONS

HEY EVERYBODY,


GUESS WHAT,

Lastnight I talked to my good friend James Davis, who I worked with at Soul Purpose Productions when we worked christian concerts together when I was in highschool, he is working with our christian concert agency, FLY HIGH PRODUCTIONS, he worked lastnights show featuring Super Chick at Ridgecrest Baptist Church.


Anyways, I found out who To talk to to get hooked back up working the concerts again, I emailed the people lastnight and talked to them.

So as of lastnight I will be working the concerts again with FLY HIGH PRODUCTIONS, they are basically the same thing as Soul Purpose Productions just different people except for me, James, They will bring the bands in and work the shows.

I will begin working the shows again as soon as we have some more shows booked, whenever we have another show coming, we dont know when that will be yet. I AM SOOOOOO EXCITED TO BE GETTING TO GET BACK TO WORKING THE SHOWS AGAIN, IT IS GOING TO BE SOOOOO MUCH FUN!!!

I HAVE MISSED WORKING THE SHOWS, WORKING WITH THE ARTIST, HANGING OUT WITH THEM, EATING DINNER WITH THEM, HANGING OUT BACKSTAGE AND ALL THAT FUN STUFF!!!

I will post on here about up coming shows that we will be working whenever we have some shows coming up!!! I look forward to posting about shows on here, posting pictures on here from shows!!!

I AM SOOO EXCITED to see a new agency starting up, bringing the bands, bringing the christian artist, shows back to Jackson, we haven't had many christian artist in Jackson in a while just every now and then, not as often as we did when we had Soul Purpose Productions bringing them in.

Life Is Good Again In Our House Hold....

Hey Everyone,


So Since my last update, a lot has been going on in our house hold such as,

Mark finishing up building our beautiful huge deck which we are loving already!!!
and helping mark clean up all the scraps and left over boards and mess and such after he got through and helping him load it all on the trailer.

& Monday before mark finished building the deck, while he was finishing up things with the deck such as hanging the swing back up and finishing the 3 steps down from the deck, some other things, laying a few more boards, I had to grab mark for a minute from his long day of workin on the deck to come in and see about a major disaster in the house, plumbing disaster that is, to help me figure out what to do.


So mark came in and saw the mess, we had water flooding both bathrooms, coming, the water which flooded my bathroom came from my shower, the toilet was about to make it worse water was rising in the toilet. Anyway, so mark had to call our plumber, Beau, and beau had to come over here and check it out, took him a little over an hour but he found the problem, which started in my bathroom, part of what caused it was too much toilet paper, he pulled out hand fulls of toilet paper, he found the problem in my bathroom, I had been on the phone with my dad and my dad kept saying it was going to be some where between my bathroom and the street. So once he found the problem and got it fixed that took care of my mom's bathroom.


So we spent the rest of monday afternoon and evening cleaning both bathrooms, washing all of the towels that we had used to clean up all the water, cleaning both my shower, her bath tub, because we dont know where the water came from that was coming up through the shower drain. so we had to clorox and clean and disinfect everything and the bathrooms top to bottom. & also spent part of the afternoon sweeping off all the saw dust off of the new deck, which mark finished yesterday afternoon, because he was short 5 boards becuase the boards he had left over were no good, he didnt know it when he bought em so we had to quit about 5ish monday afternoon and came back tuesday afternoon with some more boards and finished laying the last 5 boards, and started helping mark clean up and swept the rest of the saw dust off the deck, moved everything all of our patio furniture back on to the new deck, got everything on there like we want it, then Jill & Tori came by and saw our new deck mark had been workin so hard on after they left Tori's school, Tori had something going on all afternoon at school, so they came by yesterday evening.

Anyways, after they left we went to eat dinner at Fernando's- mexican restuarant, it was good and got to see a guy named Thomas James play, never heard of him before I think he's just local, trying to make it, I think he plays and sings rock music, he was alright though!! Right before we went to eat, someone shows up with a big early birthday present for my mom, much to our suprise, A BRAND NEW GRILL to go with our NEW DECK!!!! perfect, mark had just made a silly comment jokingly monday afternoon about weather or not we wanted our ratty grill up there on the deck or not, he was just playing though.

Anyways, so with all of that said, plus me having had to work saturday, sunday, brian and sara were here this weekend and we went to eat friday night at Peppers at the new Rennaissance Mall, there hasn't been time for another update until now, but LIFE IS GOOD AGAIN IN OUR HOUSE HOLD!!!! It just got a little crazy for a few days!!!

I wasn't Joking When I said It Seems Like Every time I Turn Around Somebody Knows Somebody I Grew Up With, or Somebody knows everybody in my family, how someday everybody is going to know everybody i grew up with and all of my family, everybody is going to know everybody, LORD HELP US ALL.......


So Today I was talking to my Friend Jared Collins who I new from Clarksdale, found out he has my former youth minister from clarksdale at oakhurst for a BSU Director now out at MDCC- Mississippi Delta Community College, Bro.David, my first thought was, LORD HELP US ALL..... DAVID IM PICKIN AT YOU!!!


David is sooooo crazy, I Miss Him, All his sillyness, I'm glad a really good and really close friend of mine gets one of my former ministers and leader, director, Jared is deffenantly in for a really good time!!!! Jared Is Going to have fun having David for a bsu director, he is in for a good year being apart of the bsu group along with me and others I new from clarksdale!!!! I'm glad Jared is apart of the group now!!!!


The Funny Thing about it now though, is that I actually got one of his former directors after I started going to CrossGates Baptist Church, Mr.Scott Brooks who he had as a director at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Greenville, so it's funny that we both got each others former directors, here is another funny thing, because Jared and I grew up together it seems like a friendship that was truly meant to be, because we grew up with the same directors while in church at oakhurst baptist church in clarksdale, then several years later here I was with one of his former directors, now here is with one of my former directors. He's had one of our chapel leaders from clarksdale as a youth director over the years at emmanuel baptist church, Mr.Mark Kelly, This was actually really funny for both of us today when we were talking about this, we were both laughing about it. True Friend & True Friendship Bond that cant be broken, because God has this funny little way of keeping this friendship together right now.


Man how time flys though, As this year is my last year as apart of anything to do with college age stuff, next year I Move up to Young Adults!!! I'm Excited!!! But I'm sad all at the same time because I really wasnt apart of college stuff all that much just very rarely. Im sad its almost over. Where did all the years go ? & Where did the time go ?


Thats Why This Next Month.... I AM GOING TO LIVE IT UP!!! NEXT MONTH IS PARTY MONTH FOR ME SO I AM DEFFENANTLY GOING TO LIVE IT ALL UP!!! NEXT MONTH IS MY MONTH TO HAVE A GOOD TIME!!!!!

Because Next Month I go to the coast to biloxi to the beach, to see Reba McEntire, Kelly Clarkson in concert at The Coast Coliseum November. 12-14, Return home friday night- I am going to live it up!!!! I come Home Friday Night the 14th

The next day I go with my cousin Casey & her husband Beau to see Sugarland, Kellie Pickler & Ashton Shepherd at The Mississippi Coliseum here in Jackson on Saturday November 15th!!!! then the week after the next is ThanksGiving Week!!!! It's hard to believe that ThanksGiving is Almost here.


This year is already practically half gone........ I'm not ready for December at all though, the buisiest month of my life at work, it seems like it never ends and I have to work later all during the month of december. It Seems like the longest month of my life now. Last year I never even had time to do my christmas shopping my dad had to go do it for me. I was worn slap out, I was soooo freakin grouchy christmas eve, December wears me out now.


Anyways, all the more reason why Next Month is going to be my month doing what I want to do, before work takes over my life the whole month of December. I may do all of my christmas shopping next Month so I want have to stress myself out over it in December, make my dad have to go do everything for me at the very last minute.


Well anyways, I guess I better go for now, Mark is actually starting on our deck first thing in the morning, because his help couldnt get here tuesday so he got over here today and started setting up and getting everything ready to go to work first thing in the morning on building the deck. I have errands I have to run when my mom gets home from school tomorrow, I have to clean the kitchen up as well.

Word is Kenny Chesney was in love with a girl here in the Jackson Area who use to work at a western store in the jackson area, Her name is supposedly Tanya, she's a really beautiful girl, your genuine down to earth sweet redneck girl according to sources at work tonight who use to work with the girl at the western store a while back, who also says over the years when kenny chesney has come to town for shows or for saints training camps, or was just passing through, or was in town for other reasons, he was calling her at work asking for her, nobody believed it for a while, he always said yeah right shut up, just thought she and some guy were playing a joke, it would show up on the caller id as Kenny Chesney, sources also says when he would answer the phone sometimes when he called, he said he new it was really kenny after he heard him say hey its Kenny and he would ask for her. He flew her out to Nashville to bahamas on his private jet, sources also says, the girl is a song writer, has recently moved out to Nashville.


My Sources also says, he tried to tell her for the longest time, that he was not really in love with her, that he was just trying to make her think he was in love with her, that he just likes the girls from town to town, He doesn't believe Kenny is really in love with her because he only called her when he was in town.

Newsweek just interviewed Kenny & found out he's currently dating someone but he wouldn’t say who. I also hear Kenny’s music’ll play tonight during ESPN's Monday Night Football game.


Then I got to looking around online and other sites such as news week which had interviewed him were also confirming details that hes dating someone, so I then began to wonder if my source had for sure told me the truth. Family News

Hey Everybody

okay so this is a Family News Update, I wanted to do a quick Family Update,

For those who may or may not have read or heard from Mollie & Thomas lately,
I wanted to inform you about what their latest update on their blog says,

This past week included Thomas traveling to Budapest for soccer games and then returning home to find his wife a little sick. I ended up in the hospital for dehydration and to receive an IV. I'm feeling much better now, just slow to recover!

We have Spiritual Emphasis week beginning tomorrow at school. We're so excited to have some good ole southern folks here with us for this special time. Please pray with us as we take this week to challenge some in their faith and answer some questions from those students who are new to VCS or who have never understood this God thing. It will be amazing to see what God will do and how he will use the team. Thomas is working with them as Chaplain and he's really looking forward to how this will affect and impact our student body.

For Those Of You just beginning to be filled in on our Family News and dont know who Mollie & Thomas are, Mollie is my cousin and Thomas is her husband and they are living in Vienna,Austria and are working at Vienna Christian School as Missionary Teachers and have already lived there for 2 years, are going to be there for another 4 years, We are so proud of them taking a big step out of faith to leave us behind here in the states to go overseas and live and work as missionaries. We are all praying for them and love and miss them very much!!

So anyways, I ask that you please continue to pray for them those of you already praying for them, I ask those of you just joining us in praying for them to please pray for them as missionaries & pray for them during their spiritual emphasis Week at Vienna Christian School, for Mollie's recovery that God will heal her quickly.


Also in other family news, Tomorrow my cousin Mark, my cousin Casey's Husband will begin building a deck out back at our house and plan to be finished building the deck by ThanksGiving, so please be praying for Mark, Beau that they will be able to finish building the Deck in time for ThanksGiving as my mom's family will be gathering at our house for ThanksGiving once again this year.

An Update From Rodney Atkins

Rodney recently had to cancel a concert in Jackson, Mississippi on October 9th when his dad had to undergo emergency heart surgery. Rodney updated his MySpace last night to update fans on what was going on.

I want to apologize to the folks in Jackson, Mississippi for canceling the show there on 10/09. I've never cancelled a show before, but my family needed me to be there. I know the wonderful people in Jackson are 'family first' folks and understand my decision to be with my family at that time. My Dad tried his best to convince me not to cancel the show, then he said later that it brought him great peace of mind to have me there with him.

So for all of you who have asked how my old man is doing...his surgery went great. However, he let me know just before the surgery, that he also found out a week ago that he has a kidney stone. Open heart double bypass and trying to pass a kidney stone....now that's being tougher than Tarzan's feet. He's in pain to say the least, but looks great. So he's off the respirator, they removed the balloon from his heart and he's making progress. Now if they could just slip some beans and cornbread in his I.V. I think his recovery time would be sped up.
In the words of Charlie Daniels, "the doctors do the surgery and God does the healing." Thanks to everyone from me and my family for your thoughts and prayers. It means the world.

Nashville, TN (October 9, 2008) ­ Country star Rodney Atkins has cancelled his performance tonight at the Mississippi Coliseum in Jackson, Mississippi. Atkin’s father, Allan, is undergoing an emergency open-heart surgery.No other shows are cancelled at this time, and the family is appreciative of the support and prayers.
