CAN I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE.... I HAVE AN ANNOUCEMENT TO MAKE!!

Hey Ya'll

So work just got unstressful Tuesday night, I got a MAJOR SUPRSE WHEN I CAME INTO WORK TUESDAY NIGHT!!!! SOMETHING I WASNT THINKING ONE THING ABOUT HAPPENING TUESDAY NIGHT OR ANY OTHER NIGHT

I WAS BLOWN AWAY TO SAY THE LEAST!!! IM STILL SHOCKED AND EXCITED!!!

SO HERES THE BIG ANNOUNCEMENT.....

I JUST GOT A RAISE

I honestly never thought I would get a raise i mean that just never crossed my mind. I was called into the office after I got in and put my stuff in my locker. They showed me a review that was based on things such as customer reviews they filled out on serveys they were given when they check out, based on things such as handling situations, my review was soooo great, there wasn't anything that showed I needed to work on, everything was GREAT!!! So since my review was so great they said.... YOU JUST GOT YOURSELF A RAISE, I was soooo excited.... I was like OH MY GOSH.... THIS IS GREAT NEWS because I have been hearing about how my work area reviews had been down for quit sometime but that it just affected everybody, it wasn't anything that I was doing wrong it was a matter of everybody not working together to get things done in the fitting room to such as running clothes.

So im soooo excited about my wonderful review and my raise!!! of course I new I was getting good reviews anyway because I cant even tell you the countless times I heard a customer say bless your heart you got too much work to do by yourself its a shame you dont have any help, I even had customers offering to go put things back because they would see things getting pilled up and how I was constantly working as quick as I could to get everything done and the runners weren't running the clothes and helping keep the fitting room cleaned out, so customers are really starting to feel sorry for me.

so I can just imagine what everybody else's reviews are like hahahaha!!

I mean it want be a major different but it adds up so I mean it will make a bit of difference once they start giving me more hours now since I had nothing but a great review and have this raise they have a reason to give me hours now and to quit cutting my hours. so this means more hours soon!!

but that want start til I get back from nashville but i will start seeing my raise my next paycheck next week!!! HECK YEA!!!

im not sure how often they are going to be getting reviews on us, but hopefully I can eventually get bigger and bigger raises, let me tell you I worked my butt off tonight, to make sure I was doing everything i had been doing.

SO HERES TO YOU..... THOSE OF YOU WHO MAY HAVE BEEN IN OLD NAVY AND POSSIBLY GAVE ME GOOD REVIEWS!!! HAHAHA!! REALLY SERIOUSLY.... IT MEANS SO MUCH TO ME, THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!! YA'LL ROCK!!! I LOVE YA'LL FOREVER!!! I JUST KNOW MY COUSINS WHO HAVE BEEN IN THERE SHOPPING WHEN I'VE BEEN WORKING ARE GIVING ME GOOD REVIEWS!! HAHAHAHA!! & MY FRIEND HILLERY WHO WAS IN THERE NOT TOO LONG AGO... HAHAHAHA!! I JUST KNOW HILLERY HAD SOME GOOD THINGS TO SAY OF COURSE BECAUSE SHE'S MY FRIEND!!!

this really makes target look pretty bad because after i had been working there for a year, i didnt get a raise working at target so this makes target look pretty sad, bad.

ANYWAYS,

so thats all i have for now, I wanted to share my excitement with ya'll!!! I think this calls for celebration while in nashville next week!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!
